How delivery works
The tool connects directly to source databases such as Lawson, or accepts Excel and CSV extracts when those are available. Functional transformations, business rules, and validation checks prepare the data for the formats deployment partners and Workday consume: DGWs, EIBs, and Advanced Loads.
The services team configures and tunes the process for each client and runs the day-to-day conversion work. That takes data preparation and cleanup off customer teams so they can stay focused on design and their other implementation responsibilities.
